These forklifts were stored and operated in the following locations:  A. Bldg. 549 Warehouse B. Bldg. 861 Material Management Flight  The U.S. Air Force 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.178(a)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 189976, citation number 01, item number 003b and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 350 Hangar Avenue Travis AFB, CA 94535.
