29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2):     Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:    a) On or about 2/2/12 at Sylvia's Place Apartment Building located at 2460 Bowen Road, Elma, New York; employees installing drywall were using a relocatable power tap to distribute 120 VAC power to equipment such as, but not limited to, screw guns and spiral saws. The relocatable power tap is not listed for construction use.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6):     The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous:    a) On or about 2/2/12 at Sylvia's Place Apartment Building located at 2460 Bowen Road, Elma, New York; employees installing drywall were using 120 VAC power to equipment such as, but not limited to, screw guns and spiral saws. There were damaged cords that also had damaged ground wires and connections.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.416(b)(2):     Working spaces, walkways, and similar locations were not kept clear of cords which created a hazard to employees:    a) On or about 2/2/12 at Sylvia's Place Apartment Building located at 2460 Bowen Road, Elma, New York; employees installing drywall were using extension cords to distribute 120 VAC power to equipment such as, but not limited to, screw guns and spiral saws. The cords were runs through doorways, cooridors, and work areas creating tripping hazards while employees were carrying and hanging drywall.      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

There were several cords that had damage or improper field repairs.       NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
