29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about March 7, 2012 employees were working on a roof performing roofing work without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard greater than 25 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
