29 CFR 1910.334(a)(3)(ii): Attachment plugs and receptacles were connected or altered in a manner which prevented proper continuity of the electric equipment grounding conductor at the point where plugs were attached to receptacles: a) Drill press setting by the north wall had a ground pin missing on the electrical plug. b) Light set setting by the north wall had a ground pin missing on the electrical plug. c) Extension cord attached to a light set on the west wall had a ground pin missing on the electrical plug.
