29 CFR 1910.37(a)(1): Exit routes were not kept free of explosive or highly flammable furnishings or other decorations: Outside Receiving Dock: On March 8, 2012, and at times prior thereto, three propane cylinders were stored approximately seven feet in front of the only stair case and in the path of egress leading from the warehouse to the outside.
