29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite- Gratz and W. Berks St, Philadelphia, PA- The employer did not provide fall protection training to his employees who were framing a second story of a residence at approximately 18 feet above ground level. Observed on or about 5/2/12. Note: Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
