29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) designated by the employer:    a)  2100 Deal Drive, Bldg. 1200, Block 1104, Lot 3, Mount Laurel NJ:  A compentent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite.  Company employees were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall hazards when performing framing, sheathing and other carpentry related activities from a pitched roof at the worksite.  Condition noted on or about 01/17/2013.    TDI CONSTRUCTION INC.; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDAR, 1926.20(b)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER  587119 CITATION NUMBER 1 , ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 09/15/2012. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    a)  2100 Deal Drive, Bldg. 1200, Block 1104, Lot 3, Mount Laurel NJ :   Company employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 19 feet to the ground surface below when performing framing, sheathing installation, and other carpentry related activities from a pitched roof without the use of lanyards attached to the harnesses they were wearing  Condition observed on or about 01/17/2013.
