29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(i): Bulldozer and scraper blades, end-loader buckets, dump bodies, or similar equipment were not fully lowered or blocked when being repaired or when not in use: a) At the project site on or about June 6, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the John Deere Backhoe, License Number 834 SEQ, was parked and the end-loader rear bucket, was not either fully lowered or blocked when not in use. Personnel walking behind the Wheel Loader were exposed to being struck-by rear bucket equipment.
