29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a)  Windsor Park Center next to Michael's Store 8620 Fourwinds Dr San Antonio TX 78239, on or about June 14, 2012, employees were exposed to a fall from approximately 25 feet high to the ground level below while installing wood for TPO work on the edge of a parapet less than 48 inches high on a low slope roof.  Employees were wearing a harness of a PFAS but were not connected to a lifeline or lanyard.    ALL-TEX ROOFING LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETYAND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUAVILENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314769639, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001, ISSUED ON 04/14/2011.  THIS ITEM BECAME A FINAL ORDER ON 05/04/2011, AND ABATEMENT WAS CERTIFIED ON 05/04/2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1035 MARTIN LUTHER KING BLVD MONROE LA 71203.
