29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Roof of building at 1865 Cobb Parkway S. Marietta, GA- Employees working on a low slope roof while installing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane were not protected from fall hazards. This employer was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 949924, Citation #2, Item #1, issued on 12/04/2013 with respect to a work place located at 363 Van Gordon Street Lakewood, CO 80228 and became a final order on 01/03/2014.
