At various locations at Rig #8 employees were exposed to slip, trips, and falls:    a.  On the drilling rig floor, a hydraulic return line was leaking fluid onto the rig floor.    b.  The metal walkway near the substructure driller side stairs rose approimately 1 inch above the adjacent metal        walkway section.    c.  The metal walkway leading to the mud pumps had a loose piece of plywood over a gap in the walkway.
