29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b). Construction site: On or about June 18, 2012, one employee was observed working on the edge of a roof without any form of fall protection. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 18-feet 6-inches to the ground. TOVAR ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313498966, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 26, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6480 GEYSER, EL PASO TX 79912. TOVAR ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313497778, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 12, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 12649 WOLF BERRY, EL PASO TX 79924.
