29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 02, 2015 and at times prior thereto, two employees were working on the roof of a residential building located at 6627 Berringer, El Paso, TX 79932. They were not using any form of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of more than six feet to the ground below. Tovar Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1012608, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6565 Latimer Pl., El Paso, TX 79932. Tovar Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 955530, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at4936 Silver Ranch, El Paso, TX 79935.
