29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: On or about August 23, 2012, employees were working on the roof of a residential home without an appropriate form of fall protection. The employees were exposed to a potential fall of approximately 16 feet to the ground below. TOVAR ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313500449, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 17, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 334 EMERALD NOOK, HORIZON CITY, TX 79928. TOVAR ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313498966, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 22, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6480 GEYSER, EL PASO, TX 79912.
