29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) The Dwell Luxury Apts., 150 Green Lane, Cherry Hill:  Employees installing the parapet walls on the flat roof of a wood frame three story multi-family apartment complex under construction were walking the roof near unprotected edges, were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 30 feet to the ground below.  Observed on or about 07/16/2012.    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
