29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):     Places of employment were not kept clean and orderly, or in a sanitary condition:    Iridine (Aledyne) plating process line on the south side of the workplace, employees involved in plating processes use hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Soak Cleaner, Etch 185, Yellow Chromate, and rinse water.  Water does not drain from the yellow plastic eyewash bowl when the eyewash is activated.
