Crowley Petroleum Distribution, Nenana terminal, storage yard; on or about 03 August 2012 and times prior thereto; one 500 gallon tank, was being used to store waste oil, was not marked indicating the contents. This exposed employees to contact with combustible liquids and other fire hazards.

29 CFR 1917.156(b)(4)(i): The employer did not ensure stored fuel containers were located to minimize exposure to excessive temperatures and physical damage. Crowley Petroleum Distribution, Warehouse Nenana, storage yard; on or about 03 August 2012 and times prior thereto; one pallet of 300 gallon propane tanks, were stored next to the road entryway to the storage yard. Employer did not provide guarding to prevent physical damage to propane tanks. This exposed employees to contact with flammable and combustible liquids and other fire hazards.
