29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective. North Bay Weld Shop; on or about 25 June 2015 and times prior thereto; a 115 volt energized electrical outlet, labeled C2, did not have a ground. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
