29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguards designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: a) Buildings C1-C4: On August 9, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the were several instances of damaged designated exit doors including but not limited to: A. Building C1: East facing exit in the cafeteria could not be closed all the way. B. Building C2: West facing double exit in the center of the building had damage on the left door's locking mechanism and could not be closed all the way. C. Building C3: West facing double exit in the center of the building did not have a self closing mechanism on the right door and could not be closed all the way.
