29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iv):     The safety monitor was not close enough to communicate orally with the employee:    On or about August 8, 2012 and times prior thereto, employees of Covington Roofing and Sheet Metal were roofing a low sloped flat roof of a Superior Chevrolet being constructed at 1355 Exchange Road in Conway, Arkansas.  A warning line and safety monitor was used by the employees as fall protection.  The employees were observed working outside of the warning line, less than 6 feet from the edge of the roof, without the safety monitor in the area exposing the employees to a falling distance of approximately 15 feet to the ground level below.
