29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Building #1801, Anderson Air Force Base, Guam: On July 30, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the controlling employer, Keum Yang Corporation, failed to ensure that its subcontractor, JWS Air Conditioning, protected its employees working on the roof air conditioning system from falls at a height of approximately 9 1/2 feet.
