The knockout style receptacle outlet box  was used in a portable application and not utilized in accordance with its listing in labeling in that it was not designed for a portable applications and was to be surface mounted. The knockout style receptacle outlet box was utilized to power a yellow colored extension cord.  The yellow colored extension cord was used to power a Metabo Grinder WA 11-125
