29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(v)(b): A strength to withstand at least the minimum requirement of 200 pounds top rail pressure; Building 8 - On or about August 29, 2012, the employer failed to provide a stairway that is able to withstand 200 pounds of pressure on the stairs leading into the men's restroom, thereby exposing employees to falls of thirteen (13) feet five (5) inches to the ground.
