29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) 5 Everest Lane, Jonestown Pennsylvania - Employees worked with Quikrete, a portand cement based concrete product, which contains hexavalent chromium. The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with an understanding of the hazards associated with hexavalent chromium, on or about August 21, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
