29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met (Construction Reference: 1926.59): a.) Munot Plastics, Inc- On or about August 23, 2012, the written Hazard Communication Program was not available at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure the program could be provided to employee(s) requesting access to the program while conducting work operations at job sites. Company employees worked with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, polystyrene nuisance dust, machine oils and lubricants, and Carbon Monoxide from forklift operations.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) Munot Plostics, Inc- employees work with and around various types of hazardous chemicals and substances including, but not limited to, polystyrene nuisance dust, machine oils and lubricants, and Carbon Monoxide from forklift operations. The company did not ensure temporary employees were provided with effective information and training on the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area.
