Munot Plastics, Inc., Back warehouse area (Southwest exit area)-On or about January 29th, 2019, and times prior thereto: The width of a path of egress between items including, but not limited to, liquefied petroleum cylinders (propane) and pallets containing cardboard boxes was approximately 24 inches. The path of egress led to an emergency exit door on the southwest corner of the back warehouse area.
