29 CFR 1910.215(a)(2): Abrasive wheel(s) used on grinding machinery were not provided with safety guard(s) which covered the spindle end, nut, flange projections: At 413 Front St, St Paul, KS, in the maintenance shop, the Dayton Pedestal Grinder was missing guarding over the wheel mounted on the left side, leaving the spindle end, nut and flange projections unguarded, exposing employees to a struck by hazard from the grinding wheel.
