29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training shall include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area; Viscofan USA, Inc. had employees exposed to physical and health hazards associated with the chemical component Berol Spin 652 during the Coagulating Acid Bath process, and the employer did not include it on the MSDS for the Coagulating Bath Skinless until August 14, 2012 and did not provide employee hazard communication training on the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work place.
