29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  On or about July 31, 2023, employees working on the Extrusion Line, were exposed to fire, smoke inhalation, slips, trips and fall hazards in the event of an emergency.   A.	The ground level exit door was marked as not an exit; B.	On the second floor of the Extrusion Line, employees used the roof access door and the exit was not marked with an exit sign.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about August 17, 2023, employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards because effective machine guarding was not in place in the Extrusion Second Floor conveyors, to protect operators from accidental contact with the ingoing nip points.
