29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy: A.) Young Galvanizing, Inc. - On or about 10/11/12, employees performed maintenance and servicing to equipment including, but not limited to cranes, hydraulic bender, and beta equipment. The lockout/tagout procedures for the machinery did not include the specific location of the disconnects, steps to verify deenergization, instructions on how to drain stored energy, energy sources, and magnitudes of energy.
