29 CFR 1926.454(c)(3): The employer failed to retrain employees that showed indications through work performance of not retaining the requisite proficiency: (a) 321 Wyandotte Rd., Bethlehem PA - On or about October 10, 2012, employees performing pointing operations on the exterior of the cathederal from the platform of a JLG 600A Articulating Boom Lift were elevated to approximately 20 feet above the ground and was trained to a level of performance necessary for proper hazard recognizion and avoidance.
