29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: On or about October 24, 2012, Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. electrical extension cords were passed between the metal lid and box causing the cord to pinch between: 1. Behind the Toolpusher Trailer, a 100-foot red 12/3 SJTW extension cord was passed between the metal lid and box thus causing the electrical cord to become pinched between the metal lid and box. 2. Behind the Directional Driller Trailer, a 100-foot yellow 12/3 SJTW extension cord was passed between the metal lid and box thus causing the electrical cord to become pinched between the metal lid and box.
