Behind the Toolpusher Trailer, a 100-foot red 12/3 SJTW extension cord was passed between the metal lid and box thus causing the electrical cord to become pinched between the metal lid and box.  2. Behind the Directional Driller Trailer, a 100-foot yellow 12/3 SJTW extension cord was passed between the metal lid and box thus causing the electrical cord to become pinched between the metal lid and box.
