29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about July 28, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on an oil rig site, H & P Rig #617. Trailer #43126 was not grounded properly. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
