29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii)(B): Before work under this standard is performed employers of employees who will perform such work shall be informed of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material present in the area and the precautions to be taken to insure that airborne asbestos is confined to the area. a) In unit #900 of the Ohio Valley Mall, located at 67800 Mall Ring Road, St. Clairsville, Ohio, the building tenant did not inform their contractor, Sparks General Contracting, of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing floor tile and floor tile mastic.
