Rural King was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 976759 citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1203 Front Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: At the Carbondale Rural King, the Real Lift, RW26Y, S/N 1105 25 612-#17 was placed into service after daily inspections indicated that it was leaking propane. Rural King was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 976759 citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1203 Front Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
