Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.    a.  At the work site located at 230 Central Parkway, Heath, Ohio, on August 26, 2016, the stock room contained multiple pallets of merchandise and trash that were inside the yellow line on the floor in front of the bank of electrical supply boxes for the store.  The employer did not ensure that a three foot clear area in front of the bank of electrical supply boxes was maintained, as marked by the yellow line on the floor.    Rural King Farm and Home was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 894277, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 31, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Champaign Rural King Supply, 913 W Marketview Drive, Champaign, IL   61820.
