29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system: (a) Corner of Boston Turnpike Rd and Oak St(s) Shrewsbury, MA: On or about December 13, 2012, an employee was observed working in an excavation that was in excess of 6 feet deep without any protective system as required by this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
