29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 12/19/2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 21.6 feet per trench rod above ground level while preparing to conduct roofing work. CJM Roofing, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 624818, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 9/11/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2911 Cascada Isle Way, in the city of Cooper City, Florida.
