29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On January 16, 2013, employees were not protected from falling while working on the roof of an apartment complex under construction, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 10 feet. CHINO'S CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313499857, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 31, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 12577 PASEO RAE, EL PASO TX, 79928.
