29 CFR 1910.132(c): Personal protective equipment was not of safe design and construction for the work to be performed: a) On 3/14/2013, a finish line operator handled (poured, mixed, wiped) various finish materials, including Glycol Ether EB using medical examination gloves for hand protection. These gloves are not chemically resistant and are not suited for protection from chemical irritants or sensitizers. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required.
