29 CFR 1910.303(c)(3)(i):  All splices and joints were not  covered with an insulation equivalent to that of the conductors or with an insulating device identified for the purpose:  Water Control Area across from Hotel Machine Room: On February 8, 2013, and at times prior thereto, a power cord had been spliced with inner conductors of a disconnect box to energize a water control device and inner conductors were exposed.

Club House Kitchen: Electrical panel 2EC2, which energized the exhaust and lighting, had open spaces.   B. Club House Vehicle Maintenance: Two overhead electrical boxes were without coverings.  C. Club House Main Electrical Room: Electrical panel EM, which energized components of the main furnace, had an open space.  D. Hotel Machine Room: Electrical panel IPAE2, which energized lighting, had open spaces.
