This exposed employees to smoke inhalation hazards from delays in exiting the kitchen. (b) Kitchen back area : On or about February 14, 2013, and times prior thereto, there was not an exit sign installed in the kitchen area. This exposed employees to smoke inhalation hazards from delays in exiting the kitchen.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i Slot repair: On or about February 14, 2013, and times prior thereto, compressed air was used operating at 110 psi and would not be reduced if dead ended against the skin. This exposed employees to potential air embolism and laceration hazards.
