29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in Aisle(s) or passageway(s) that could create a hazard. On or about February 11, 2013, Rig 107, the lip of the stairway landing leading up to the trip tank was not flush with trip tank floor, the lip stuck up approximately 1 1/2-inches. Employees exposed to the trip hazard could potentially fall forwards and down the stairway's approximately 13 1/2-feet to the ground.
