29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. Drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats was not provided. Rig Floor: On or about November 15, 2017, a platform on the rig floor was covered in oil-based mud where grates were missing. This condition exposed employees to a slip hazard.
