29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: Drilling Rig #208, located at SEC 17, TWP 26, R 38, 250 fnl, 365 fel; employees engaged in mud mixing were exposed to respiratory hazards in that tight fitting half face respirators were not stored to protect them from contamination and dust. Respirator was stored where it was contaminated with dirt on the filters.
