29 CFR 1910.106(b)(6):  In locations where flammable vapors may be present, precautions were not taken to prevent ignition by eliminating or controlling sources of ignition:      a.   On or about Feb 6, 2013, at the maintenance trailer and fuel dispensing areas, Sunbay Marina, Fajardo, Puerto Rico.   Combustibles materials such as wood, paper, oil waste, and general waste were observed located in the surroundings of two 10,000 gallons fuel tanks.      NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.

On or about Feb 6, 2013, at the maintenance trailer and fuel dispensing areas, Sunbay Marina, Fajardo, Puerto Rico.   Employees engaged in marinas related operations had been working with no safety shoes so as to protect them from injury.
