On or about Feb 6, 2013, at the maintenance trailer and fuel dispensing areas, Sunbay Marina, Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Combustibles materials such as wood, paper, oil waste, and general waste were observed located in the surroundings of two 10,000 gallons fuel tanks. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
