29 CFR  1917.111(a): The structural integrity of docks, wharves, piers, terminals and/or working surfaces was not maintained.:   a.  On or about 28 August 2023, at the dry dock area, Sunbay Marina, Fajardo, PR. Employees engaged were exposed to struck by, crush by and fall hazards.  Several areas at the marina contained holes and unleveled terrain. Employees were operating equipment such as, but not limited to a Wiggins powered industrial truck (PIT).   Note:  Certification and Documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citations item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
