Cubicle near front entrance, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Pelonis floor heater. 2. Middle Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Dayton floor heater. 3. Office, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Keurig coffee maker. The USDA Farm Service Agency was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309097871, citation no. 1, item no. 1, issued on July 19, 2010 with respect to a workplace at Mount Vernon, WA.
