29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:    SEC 6, TWP 34, R 19, 210 fsl, 660 fsl, Protection, KS; employees walking/working on the work platform outside of the mud mixing room were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet, from the platform to the ground.  A 20 inch section of the platform between the mud mixing room and a stairway was not guarded.      Lariat Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313502544, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Rig #80-12, W-State 3-1, Fort Stockton, TX 79735.
