29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest system. a) Lot 3 Roth Dr., Lewes, DE - An employee installing sheathing on a 10x12 pitch roof was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet from the eves to the ground and approximately 24 feet from the peak to the ground. The employee was not protected from the fall hazard by a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system. This violation was observed on or about April 9, 2013.
